How to search or view other's ticket

Dear sir or madam,

I found that I can only access my own tickets in this website, but when visiting other's ticket, it keeps prompting me to log in and fails to re-direct me to the ticke page after logging in. And the searching key words or ticket number doesn't work, either. How about you?

Hi Peter

This actions is not possible. Users can only see their own users. The only option we suggest is to ask anyone at your organization to please add you in copy, so you are aware of those cases.
